How long does shipping take?
As soon as you pay your order is prepared for shipment. Shipping is usualy within 24 hours or less. Items paid for by 8 pm est will ship the next day. Sometimes I make two shipement a day and also ship on saturday. I do not ship on sundays (I take ALL packages inside the post office) and postal holidays.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will get an e mail from paypal with the tracking number in it. If you pay by snail mail I will notify you when your payment has been received and you will then get a notification from paypal shipping.
Do you take special orders?
Yes on hair combs. Let me know what you are interested in and I will see if I can accomodate you. It just depends on my stock of combs and rhinestones, crystals I have on hand.
Do I need to open an account here to buy?
No there are no accounts to set up and you do not register here at all. You just add the items you want to purcahse to your shopping cart and the checkout system will take you right to your existing paypal account.
If you are paying by cashiers check you just pick that option.
Is my personal (credit) information secure?
Yes your information is secure because your account is with paypal- not me. I never see or have access to any of your information, I only receive your payment from paypal directly into my account. The only information that is sent to me is your name and address for shipping.

If I see something I like here and on ebay what do I do?
Contact me and I will list an identical item here for you. Conversely, items here will NOT be listed on ebay. The overhead is too high there and I would have to raise my prices. I would rather pass on some of the savings to you by selling from this venue as my first choice.
Why a second eCrater store?
My second store will sell expensive deigner items that cannot ship outside of the United States. There is no way to offer shipping to Canada on hair goods and exclude Canada from shipping on high end jewelry so I must have a second store. Yes, I can combine items from both to save you on shipping but you MUST contact me first so I can get the items listed at the other site for you.
How do you count items for combined shipping?
Each listing is counted as ONE, unless otherwise specified in the ad. There are a very few ads that will clearly state listing counts as two etc. If it does not state the number than it counts as one even if there are four in the set or six in the set or it is a pair. Unless it states what it is counted as, it is counted as ONE.
