PAYMENT, SHIPPING, AND GENERAL SALES INFORMATION
PAYMENT:
All items must be paid for in FULL within 2 days. I accept Paypal; credit or cash through Paypal. I also accept cashiers checks and money orders. All payments must be in USD’s. I do not accept personal checks.
I never have access to any of your personal financial information. I am simply sent payment from paypal. The only information I see is your mailing address.
PAYMENT WARNING DISCLAIMER:
NOTE: This site has a warning that appears when you elect to send payment by cashiers check. It will appear at the time of checkout. While I agree there are many who scam others, I am not one of those. I am trusted and respected Powerseller on eBay with over 4000 positive sales- you can check for yourself and see my feedback here as well. If you are uncomfortable because of what this site chose to put up as a general informational warning about payments sent for online sales then please pay by Paypal if that will make you more comfortable. Remember that this commentary is the responsibility of the owner of this site and not a personal reflection on any seller.
If you are using regular mail to send me a payment please use the check out system as it will give you mailing information and alert me to watch out for your payment. Payments made by mail should reach me within seven days or less of the date of your purchase.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is done via the USPS and a tracking number is provided to you free of charge. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. I only ship to the address listed on your paypal account. I DO NOT ship to any other address. I will send you an e mail with the tracking number it in when your order is prepared for shipment. Please check your spam filter if you do not receive this important e-mail.
All orders are processed within 24 hours and generally in less than one business day. All orders with payments made and cleared by 6 pm EST will ship the next morning. I ship Monday through Friday and almost every Saturday. I do not ship International packages at all on Saturdays. I also do not ship any packages on USPS Postal Holidays. Packages are taken inside the post office and never just dropped off in a box somewhere. I take pride in my speedy shipping and wonderful product packaging. I care about you and your order and treat you exactly how I would like to be treated as a customer- you are important to me!
Please note that I use only the USPS and while the post office I ship from is very fast and extremely reliable I cannot be personally responsible for shipping times as I do not own and operate the USPS. I promise to get your package shipped in less than 24 hours whenever possible, but I simply cannot guarantee delivery times. Please be aware that shipments to Canada may take longer due to customs inspections.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
For Hair Jewelry and Jewelry items ONLY:
Continental USA: is a flat fee of $5.00 total to ship up to 8 items. Shipping will be via USPS parcel post/first class mail for packages weighing under 12 ounces and USPS Priority for packages that are 13 ounces or more.
Hawaii and Alaska: is a flat fee of $7.00 total to ship up to 8 items and shipping is via Priority mail from the USPS.
Canada: is a flat fee of $7.00 total to ship up to 6 items first class international from the USPS.
If you wish to upgrade your small size order to priority USPS there is an additional $2.00 fee. Please e-mail BEFORE making payment and I will send you an adjusted invoice from Paypal for this.
Cosmetic items, and other non-Jewelry, and Non Hair Jewelry items, such as CD's, ship at the price listed in each individual ad and are based on weight.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is NOT included in the shipping charges. Insurance is highly recommended and offered at cost and only available within the US. I am not responsible for late, lost or misdirected or damaged packages. My responsibility ends when your package is delivered by hand for shipment to the USPS.
If you wish to purchase insurance please e mail me BEFORE you make your payment and let me know you would like to add it. I will send you an invoice within 24 hours of your request from Paypal. I charge only the actual cost and use insurance from the USPS. If you are sending payment by mail please e-mail me to confirm correct amount to add to your total.
I use only postal insurance from the USPS and charge exactly what they do.
The rates are: $1.70 for up to $50 of coverage
$2.15 for $50.01 to $100.00 of coverage
$2.60 for $100.01 to $200.00 of coverage.
Insurance is for items that ship within the USA only
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION:
I am not responsible for use of any item once the item is received or for buyer’s remorse- all sales are final.
I am also not responsible for international shipments and any taxes, tariffs or duty that you may incur as a result of your purchase. International packages are not insured and purchases are made at the buyers risk. I have shipped over 200 international packages and have not lost one yet- but again I cannot control customs. Please note that I report the items and cost accurately on all custom declarations forms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL so be sure to ask all questions before you buy. If your question cannot be answered by this store policy page then I will be happy to answer you back. I will try to get back to you in less than 24 hours whenever possible.
