How long does shipping take?
As soon as you pay your order is prepared for shipment. Shipping is usually within 24 hours or less. Items paid for by 8 pm est will ship the next day. I do not ship on postal holidays. All packages are taken inside the PO.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will get an e mail from paypal with the tracking number in it. If you pay by snail mail I will notify you when your payment has been received and you will then get a notification from paypal shipping.
Do you take special orders?
Yes on hair combs. Let me know what you are interested in and I will see if I can accomodate you. It just depends on my stock of combs and rhinestones, crystals I have on hand.
Do I need to open an account here to buy?
No there are no accounts to set up and you do not register here at all. You just add the items you want to purcahse to your shopping cart and the checkout system will take you right to your existing paypal account.
If you are paying by cashiers check you just pick that option.
Is my personal (credit) information secure?
Yes your information is secure because your account is with paypal- not me. I never see or have access to any of your information, I only receive your payment from paypal directly into my account. The only information that is sent to me is your name and address for shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the personal nature of the items I sell I do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order please contact me so that I may offer a solution before leaving any review.
